ABOUT HED

Founded in 2006 and entering the aviation industry in 2009 with the sole purpose of manufacturing high quality and innovative GSE. We always operate under legal standardization. With our base in El. Venizelos airport and cooperation with other companies we achieved:

  • Designing and manufacturing staging, access ladders & platforms.
  • Producing Certified Maintenance Tooling.
  • Innovative devices for turbine wash, load lifting, fuselage cleaning, turbine jigs, special cargo pallets etc.

We provide bespoke products working closely with the end customer, Conceptualize customer requirements, Survey workplace, Assess ergonomics, Rapid visualization.

  • Certified GSEs according to EU12312 (all certifications and CE marking included).
  • Perform certification of customer GSE.
  • Inspection and maintenance services.
  • Analytical usage instructions for each GSE and personnel training sessions as to ensure the safety of the employees.
  • R&D on monitoring GSE location and usage via an innovative software.

Stabilizers

For each individual construction a research of the stabilization system is carried out in order to ensure the safety and stability of GSEs. Our company supplies and integrates either hydraulic or mechanical stabilization systems as the case may be.

Anti-Slip

GSE stairs and work platforms have non-slip floors with at least R11 slip resistance classification. In cases When the supplies are about to be used outdoors, the floors have suitable holes for fluid and snow removal. All surfaces conform the EN standard 1915-1: 2013.

Weldments

We use advanced TIG & MIG welding techniques in order to deliver the best possible result.Welding is performed by welders certified according to ISO 9606-2: 2004.The process of welding our structures is carried out in fully controlled industrial environment to ensure the best result.
